Customer contact data is only used to gather the initial survey responses and several security measures are in place to protect it.
The results of the survey are posted on the individual company’s page and are visible to consumers researching their services. Testimonials and ratings are also visible. This can help consumers narrow down their prospective contractors and determine who they should call for a quote. By providing real data gathered from real customers, GuildQuality helps cut through some of the confusion when it comes to hiring a contractor.
